Fun-Fly Starts at 9:30am for electric, 10am for nitro/gas

As of January 29th 2012 we have 117 Members.

We have a membership cap of 150 Members.

How to become a member

Membership is open to anyone!

Flight Instructors

Four 20' x 12' shelters.

We have over 1200 square feet of shady space for planes and people under our four steal 120mph hurricane resistant shelters.

Solar Powered Battery Charging Station

~~500 amp~~ 1000 amp Storage Capacity, ~~25 amp~~ 30 amp Load Capacity. Electric flight is no problem here at LFC, We even supply the fuel for free. No need to use your vehicle battery, just bring your charger.

Our charging station can handle 10 or more chargers at the same time and is located in a shaded area under the shelter.

The Public is Welcome to visit

our flying field.

Flying hours are

Mon - Fri 9:00 AM till Dusk (Gas / Nitro)

Sun up - Sun Down (Electric)

10:00 AM till Dusk Sat- Sun (Gas Nitro)

Sun up - Sun Down (Electric)

Spectators may visit at any time a member is present and the gate is unlocked or opened. Flying guest must have AMA and be accompanied by a member of LFC.

Club Fun-Fly

The first Saturday after the first Tuesday of each month we hold member only Fun-flys. The cost is free and every contestant gets a prize! In the cooler months we also have lunch
